The Capsule team is SOOOO AMAZING!!! My insurance was mistakenly canceled. The Capsule team continued to work until they were able to process my prescription without me having to call or message them. There is no pharmacy I've had in the past that would do that. Usually you'll have to keep calling, go there, get run around. But NOT with The Capsule Team👍🏽 again thanks guy's you're SOOOO AMAZING!!😊

The Capsule Pharmacy experience is unbeatable! They communicate via text excellently, immediately and even with the most caring sign- offs, like “love, Capsule”, of course you can call them, too. Besides being the nicest people, including their delivery drivers, getting any rx refill notifications, confirmations and delivery details, their app keeps perfect records at your fingertips, all past orders for me and other members of my family. I hope I never have to use another pharmacy again!!

I’ve had the best experience with Capsule by far. They actually respond to messages, are really kind which makes all the difference, and are able to communicate with providers faster than any other pharmacy. No runaround or long lines waiting to pick up medications. This is especially great for me as I’ve just had surgery and can’t drive or walk. Delivery drivers have been really great.

So thankful to have found Capsule. Their customer support is top notch-responsive, empathetic, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. The drivers are consistently professional and I’ve never had an issue with a delivery. The whole process is pretty seamless and it’s honestly taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Worrying about RX deliveries can be so stressful, and it’s so nice to have found a company that I can trust.

I’ve been using this awesome pharmacy for years now- customer service is quick and helpful, and every single delivery person is absolutely wonderful- efficient- yet warm, caring, kind and personable. It’s such a nice experience. I feel very cared for from start to finish and that goes a long way with me.

My daughter's doctor prescribed a medication for her and soon after, Capsule contacted me via text to set up my Free Delivery. The delivery was great and very friendly. The packaging comes with a security seal for privacy and label is very discreet. I recommend and look forward to continue using this service.

Capsule is killing the pharmacy game and is a total game-changer in LA. I've never seen a pharmacy service this great, seriously. Their system is so simple and well thought out. You order through the app, and they deliver for free, but you can tip the delivery person. Their app UI is user-friendly, and customer service is top-notch, you chat and they answer immediately. Delivery people are so nice as well. Keep it up, Capsule, you know CVS and Walgreens customers are jumping ship to you.
